Description
He is a light green fish with orange hair and wears a black shirt and green shades, and has a blue anchor tattoo on his arm.
History
In the episode, "Mid-Life Crustacean," when SpongeBob, Patrick, and Mr. Krabs were driving, then he passed by them in a hot rod. He thought SpongeBob and Patrick were a couple of dorks, but obviously, SpongeBob misunderstood and called him "pal."
