Judge Horace A. Whopper is one of the judges known to have served in the Bikini Bottom Court House, alongside Judge Stickleback and Charlie. He first appears in the episode "The Krusty Sponge, and later makes an appearance in the episode "Patty Caper."

Description[]

He is an obese, light olive green fish and has a wig that resembles a 1700s male wig.

He resembles Mr. Mayor and the judge.

"The Krusty Sponge"[]

This is his first time judging, named The People vs. Eugene Krabs, where he is about to deem Mr. Krabs guilty for poisoning his customers until the latter takes note of him using a SpongeBob gavel, to which Horace reveals that he is a huge SpongeBob fan. As a result, Mr. Krabs makes a deal with him: Whopper commands Mr. Krabs to ride the Krusty Sponge Fun Train, after which he can then be seen riding the Krusty Sponge Fun Train operated by Squidward instead, whom he whips repeatedly.

"Patty Caper"[]

He sentences Mr. Krabs to give away free Krabby Patties all day as punishment for stealing his own secret ingredient.
