Horace is a citizen of Bikini Bottom.

Character

His first appearance was in the episode "Ripped Pants." His second appearance was in the episode "Plankton!" He appears in "Pickles" at the Krusty Krab again in the background several times. He briefly appears in "Suds" in the Krusty Krab again when Mr. Krabs said, "I just can't have you sneezing all over my food!" He is shocked and disgusted and runs out of the Krusty Krab as well as the other customers.

He is a student in Mrs. Puff's Boating School and on the Good Noodle Board he has 1 star.

In "Rule of Dumb," he has a comic collection that he spent his whole life on and he was going to show his mother, but Patrick took it away and he ran away crying.

He is short, green and has nerd glasses.
