The Hoopla Fish is a small fish who only appears in a short part of the Krusty Krab Training Video. He interrupts the narrator when he says "Making a Krabby Patty is a lot of hoopla." The fish shouts "Hoopla" and then he gets hit with a brick.

Trivia

• In the Spanish verison he says "Hurra!" which means "Hooray!". This is a reference to a German punk song by Die Ärzte from the 90's.
• In the German verison he says "Hoppla!", which translates to "Opps!".
• He is very popular on youtube .
