Harry is one of Squidward's lawyers who made SpongeBob stay 15 feet away from Squidward with the rest of Squidward's lawyers. His only appearance so far was in the episode "Restraining SpongeBob." He worked with Combover and Bald on Squidward's restraining order against SpongeBob.
