Halbert is a light orange fish that makes quite a bit cameo appearances. His name was revealed in "Good Ol' Whatshisname." He went to the Kuddly Krab, in the episode, "Bossy Boots," and he was dancing with Debbie Rechid, which implies that he may be teenager. He appears to have a very large Chin, seeing how it hangs over his shirt, and he as Lime-Green Fins. He appears to have multiples in the episodes, "Sandy, SpongeBob, and the Worm," "The Fry Cook Games," and the "Krusty Krushers," where he was along with Fred, Evelyn, and Buddy. He also has a very briefly in "Fools in April." He appears in the crowd of fish agreeing to destroy the Superhighway, and bring peace to the Streets of Bikini Bottom. He is turned into fishsticks in one of his multiple Appearances. He was frightened by SpongeBob dancing in "Gullible Pants," after Squidward told him to. He appears in "Pickles." He is also seen in "Christmas Who?", standing in a crowd of citizens.
