Grubby Grouper is a fish that was shortly seen in the episode Bubble Buddy. He is a famous surfer and confronts Pearl and her friends while in his boat. He shakes his dirty hand with Pearl, and she says that she will never wash the fin again. Later, Bubble Buddy ends up washing the fin and Pearl cries.

Grubby Grouper is an old washed up guy. He is covered in dirt. Wears a very countryish hat and has a lot of stubble on his face.
