Redbeard Krabs is a pirate and the paternal grandfather of Mr. Krabs. He appears in the episodes, "Grandpappy the Pirate" and "Lame and Fortune."
Description
He is a crab and wears blue sailor clothes and light brown pants. He has an eyepatch over his right eye which has a large cut, and has a large gray beard. He has a black and white shirt and a black and gold belt. He has slightly darker red skin than Mr. Krabs.
Biography
Mr. Krabs' father was Grandpa Redbeard's son. He is a full-blooded pirate, and would love for Krabs to follow in his footsteps and become a pirate. He is a good fighter, especially fighting skeletons. He loves money, like Mr. Krabs, and his special skill is stealing "loot." He told Mr. Krabs a pirate never tells a lie.
Trivia
- He has one large, and one small claw, which indicates that he may be a fiddler crab. His small claw could also be a prosthetic replacement.
- His name is a reference to Blackbeard the Pirate.
- Real pirates did in fact have rules, called the "Pirate Codex" or "the Code."
