He is a green fish who wears a pink striped uniform and a white apron. He also wears a peanut and a boater hat on his head.

History

He first appears in the movie when the establishing shot of the inside of Goofy Goober's Party Boat. He then appears when the Goober comes out. His final appearance is when SpongeBob and Patrick get on the stage.
