Plot[]

"Pressure"[]

Sandy tries to prove to SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward that land animals are better than sea creatures and dares them to venture onto dry land with her. They do so and hilarity ensues.

"Sandy's Rocket"[]

Sandy is headed to the moon and SpongeBob wants to go, too! Sandy decides to let him but SpongeBob, with the help of Patrick, tries to "Alien Proof" the rocket and mistakenly launches the rocket while still in it. The rocket veers off course and ends up in Bikini Bottom where the two think everyone is an alien.

"Karate Choppers"[]

SpongeBob and Sandy cannot stop karate chopping each other, which infuriates Mr. Krabs. Mr. Krabs almost fires SpongeBob due to the Martial Art Mayhem. SpongeBob and Sandy end up having to use their karate skills to keep his job.

"Sandy, SpongeBob, and the Worm"[]

Sandy's tail is eaten by a giant worm that is destroying Bikini Bottom. Sandy wants her tail back and wants to stop the monster from destroying any more of Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob is scared that she might get hurt and begs her not to fight the worm.

  • On the second cover, Sandy is not wearing a helmet despite being in SpongeBob's house underwater.
  • Karate Choppers starts during the scene where SpongeBob discovers the pile of cans, completely skipping the scenes at his house, the Barg'N-Mart, and his phone call to Sandy.
