The Glove World Owner is the fish that was standing at the gate of Glove World in the episode "Glove World R.I.P.." He was also seen inside Glove World in the same episode. "Glove World R.I.P." is the only episode he has appeared in so far.
He is pale green in color and wears a green/turquoise waistcoat. He wears gray pants and black shoes. He also wears a glove hat on his head along with hair on the back of his head.
He first appears in "Glove World R.I.P." when SpongeBob and Patrick first arrive at Glove World, after hearing that it was closing. SpongeBob tells the owner about the rumor. Patrick realizes that it will close and then it is revealed that he isn't wearing pants. The owner gave Patrick his hat to wear as pants. After a few glove puns from SpongeBob and Patrick, the owner tells them that he is going to close down the park. After protest from SpongeBob and Patrick, he allows the two to ride there favorite rides if they pay the full price. The two then praise him.
Later, an employee in the Glovey outfit gets kicked by a kid and then complains to the owner. The employee quits. The owner wonders where he will find a replacement. Patrick comes and asks if he can be Glovey. The owner agrees and Patrick Runs off. Later, SpongeBob and Patrick are chained at the front in protest of the closing down of the park. The owner finds the two. He tells them about the grand opening of the new Glove Universe. He explains that the only reason that he is shutting down Glove World is to open Glove Universe up. He then leaves.
In his second appearance, "SpongeBob's Next Big Adventures," he appears at the front gate of Glove Universe. Later, it is revealed that he has captured Sandy for his new "Rare Deep Sea Squirrel Exibit." He fights SpongeBob with a Giant Glove Spider robot machine. Once SpongeBob defeats him, Sandy is let go from her cage and the owner is put in it and displayed where Sandy was going to be.
In his third appearance, "Bikini Bottom Bop 'Em," he appears at the end. He announces the winner of the Make-A-Game contest, which is Plankton. Plankton then receives $5,000,000 in rides at Glove Universe.
