Giant Patrick is an imaginary version of Patrick Star when Squidward Tentacles was hallucinating after being trapped in Mr. Krabs' old navy locker. Giant Patrick lived in Horned Forest inside the stomach of The Keeper, living in fear of a mysterious force known as the "Pressure," which caused him to somehow grow to a gigantic size.
