Frank (or known as Percy), is a background character who first appears in the episode "F.U.N."
Description
Frank is a red-orange fish with light tan fins and flippers. He wears a light blue top and has light olive-green lips. He has black eyes and white eyeballs. His appearance is similar to Dave, except the fact that Dave has his eyes on the top of his head.
History
His name was revealed in the episode "Dying for Pie." SpongeBob had shown Squidward and introduced him to everyone in Bikini Bottom. The last person seen to be introduced was Frank, and it is possible he's friends with Squidward. His name was revealed when Squidward addressed him. He is also a common customer at the Krusty Krab in "Greasy Buffoons." In "I Had an Accident," his name was Percy. In "Valentine's Day," his name was Dave. In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," his name was different. In "Selling Out," he had a female voice. He was a boyfriend/husband of Shubie as revealed in "Karate Choppers" and "Patty Caper."
