Frank (citizen)

Frank is a red-orange fish with a light blue shirt. His name was revealed in the episode, "Dying for Pie". SpongeBob had put Squidward in a salmon suit and showed him to everyone in town. The last person seen to be introduced was Frank, and it's possible he's friends with Squidward. His name was revealed when Squidward addressed him. He is also a common customer at the Krusty Krab. In Pizza Delivery, for some reason, he looks like Tom in a red color.

In "I Had an Accident," his name was Percy, in Valentine's Day his name was dave and in Good 'Ol Whatshisname his name was different.

Frank also appeared as a tough "buffed up" fish.
