"Puka" was composed by Sage Guyton and Jeremy Wakefield. The instruments being played in this piece are a ukulele, a steel guitar, tom drums and in "Puka A" and "Puka B" whistling and a guitar, respectively. It shares the same melody as "Hooka," but faster and more upbeat. The track usually plays either in title cards or episode endings.

  • Since its introduction, season 10 and season 13 are the only seasons where neither variation of this track plays.
  • In "Bunny Hunt," Bunny Wunny can be seen playing this track on his ukulele at the beginning.
  • Between "Karen 2.0" and "My Two Krabses," this track took seven years to return as the title card music.
  • 1 minute and 44 seconds of this track goes unused in the series.
  • "Waiting" uses "Puka A" for the title card and "Puka B" for the ending, making this soundtrack bookend the episode.
  • Puka A almost bookends the episode "Squid Wood",but instead, "Lap Steel" is the final soundtrack played before the blackout.
