Gas Blast is a SpongeBob SquarePants online game. It is based on "Chum Caverns."
Gameplay[]
In this game, Patrick is flying through the Chum Caverns. The player controls him by holding the space bar to move up and releasing it to move down. The player must prevent Patrick from bumping into stalactites, stalagmites, rocks in midair, and cave dwellers. If he bumps into any of these, he falls and the game ends.
The player earns points as Patrick flies through the caverns. Earning points gets faster after every level, but so does Patrick's speed, making it harder to avoid obstacles.

- Even though this game is based on the episode "Chum Caverns" there is not a scene/moment in that episode where Patrick is flying though the Chum Caverns.
- SpongeBob is shown on the title screen even though Patrick is the main character in the game.
- The cave dwellers in this game are the same as the ones from "Chum Caverns."
- There is a sequel to this game called Bubble Blast.
- SpongeBob is seen on the Loading and Game Over screens of this game.
