Ella[1] Plankton[2] is Sheldon J. Plankton's paternal grandmother and the mother of Gordon Plankton. She only physically appears in the episode "Gramma's Secret Recipe." She may have been mentioned in the episode "Krabs vs. Plankton." She is called "Gram-Gram" in that episode. She will appear again in the upcoming episode "Grandmum's The Word."
Description
"Gramma's Secret Recipe"
She looks similar to Plankton, except that she has glasses, dentures, lavender-colored puffy hair, and wears an orange dress that has light green polka dots with red lipstick. Unlike most other plankton in the series, she appears to have two eyes instead of just one.

Biography
Ella was born to Seymour and Basia. Ella was one of four children. Her brothers are the Moe Bros and Alvin.
At some point, she married an unnamed plankton.
At some point, most likely in his adulthood, he disappeared, only leaving his hat behind. It is implied that he was eaten.
At some point, the two had two sons, Gordon Plankton and Silas Plankton.
At some point, she started to make and can chum.
When her husband was old, he was eaten by a whale.
History
"Gramma's Secret Recipe"
She lives in Shady Shoals Rest Home along with many other elderly citizens, including Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. Plankton dresses up as her in another attempt to steal the Krabby Patty secret formula. Plankton borrows his grandmother's glasses, dentures, dress, and puffy hair to pretend to be SpongeBob's maternal grandmother.
