Neutral leaning toward Oppose - This user has caused issues in the past (trolling, spamming etc.) I also have seen this user act rather immature at times particularly around blocks.

- Oppose - To be completely honest Garchomp, I think more time should pass. You have grown in maturity, yes, but to have a mod who's been in the brig multiple times and was nearly "in the brig" permanently is little unsettling. Maybe after some more time.
