Weak Support - we all know how much work and dedication 120d brings to ESB. His behavior now compared to that of a year ago shows that he has learned from his mistakes and has matured. The incidents that have plagued us in the past have disappeared and we are in a much calmer state. 120d has moved on and learned from his mistakes and ever since he was promoted to assistant last month, he has used his new abilities with great responsibility and has shown that he has bettered his communication skills. He was UOTM for March 2015, which is a testament that the community is willing to forgive and move on, and acknowledges the changes he has made. Now that 120d is on Skype, differences can be resolved more easily through better communication. I am giving my support as a "weak" support because I think it may be too early. However, it is a support nonetheless. I was opposed in his second and third requests and then I was neutral in his fourth request. I am willing to give 120d a chance.
