Proposal
120d's original proposal is as follows:
On May 5, 2014, AMK started a discussion to change the way that the titles are done. I, not really looking at what I was agreeing to, agree to it and several others also agreed to it and it passed on May 14, 2014.
On July 17, 2014, I started a discussion to change the way that titles are done to be the correct way as the one in the previous version did not do so. The reason why my proposal did not pass is because many felt that we should be like Wikipedia. However, as I stated numerous times on that discussion, we are not Wikiipedia and we should not be like them.
The following is what I propose the titles be like:
1. Capitalize the first and last word 2. Capitalize nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, and subordinate conjunctions. 3. Lowercase articles (a, an, the), coordinating conjunctions, and prepositions. 4. Lowercase the "to" in an infinitive (I want to play guitar).
If you need help you can use this website: http://titlecapitalization.com/#
It automatically corrects the title as you type it.
There is an important rule that I feel would not ruin the title that is that all words after a slash (not including episode titles) and all words in parentheses (not including episode titles) are lowercase.
I would like to point out that it would apply to every page except templates (this includes category pages).
