Instructions
This is a page for creating and resolving concerns on the topic: "Content policy (revision 2)."
At the end of the page, there is a "Create New Concern" button, which you can use to voice your concerns or questions about the proposal. You can use the "Refresh This Discussion" button, which allows you to make sure that all changes have been saved.
After 7 days of discussion, the concerns stage will end. All points brought up during that phase will be taken into account and an administrator, assistant, or the proposal's creator can move the discussion to voting, modifying the original proposal with any changes discussed by the community.
You can also add your comments to existing concerns. On the other hand, if you have no concerns, then you just wait for the voting stage.

Proposal
I am proposing a minor change to the content policy:
- C. Crossover content
- 1. SpongeBob SquarePants often crossovers with other entities, especially other Nicktoons shows. For this, it is necessary to include policies to the regard.
- 2. All crossover characters, locations, and objects that are not native to the SpongeBob SquarePants universe do not merit their own articles. Instead, they belong on a list.

Concerns
Created concern: Limiting the Wiki
Preview • Modify • CommentThe current policy does and this policy would increase the limitiation of what is allowed on this wiki. As it stands, there are numerous characters, locations, and objects, some of which only appear in video games or shorts. By having this policy change, you are saying, "If it exists outside of the SpongeBob Universe, then it cannot be on this wiki," which then brings into question the crossovers themselves. Do you no longer want them since they mostly take place outside of the SpongeBob universe? The biggest offender of this ideology is the Nickmas Shorts, which don't feature the SpongeBob Universe at all. If the answer to the question I posed is "No, they're fine because they feature the SpongeBob Universe and/or characters from it," then the question is: What stops characters like Jimmy, Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, Danny, Beautiful Gorgeous, Tralock, and all the misplaced characters in Freeze Frame Frenzy from being featured here? They have all appeared in the SpongeBob Universe, so why should they not be allowed if the crossover games are allowed. If they should be allowed, what stops the other crossover characters from being allowed. It seems you did not think about this at all and you just really dislike these characters, locations, and objects for some reason.
I think the much more important question, which you clearly did not consider, is: What if my proposal passes? I could add, "before this does" at the end, but if it does pass, it will be before this one, so that would be redundant. If it does pass, will you give up and close this? Will you rewrite the proposal? This is why it is not a good idea to have two revisions that are revising the same section going at the same time. Before you go and say something like, "Oh, I agree.
