Hello! I'm Madiyunu, a current chat moderator and I have decided to create a proposal changing administration reviews to 3 months instead of 6.

The reason why I created this proposal is because I feel like six months may be a bit too long. I feel like three months is fair and would give great feedback on how the person is currently doing instead of waiting longer.

I also feel like it would be a bit more easier and more organized, as we have a lot of staff as of now, I think it'd be a good idea to do more with reviews.
