Proposal

Here is my original proposal:

Hello. This is Cans48. I think that not only bureaucrats should let users have rollback, but also allow administrators the right to. Though I am not an administrator, I think only letting bureaucrats makes it too strict. Letting administrators give rollback to users will let users with the capability to rollback problematic edits will make this wiki become more vandalism-free. Thank you for reading my proposal.
