Proposal
This proposal that originated as a petition on January 31, 2015 is to establish a request for moderator form for thread moderators, like we do for chat moderator, administrator and bureaucrat.

Support - As petitioner. 
Oppose
Oppose - unnecessary, especially since we have never had the need to promote someone. Also, we have 14 administrators to monitor threads, so I don't think the position is even necessary at all. — AMK152 (Wall • Contrib) 04:00, May 12, 2015 (UTC)- Oppose -I definitely agree with AMK. As per my statement in the petition: "What's the point? We only have one or two threads being made daily, and sometimes we don't have any. I just think a thread moderator would be absolutely pointless. It's not like admins are too busy to check the forums every now and then. There's just no point." - Oppose - Unnecessary idea, since we haven't even had one Forum moderator on this wiki, and in the last discussion involving changes to how users gain rights, there are was situation that led to the change being done, and there doesn't seem to be any problems with the "current forum mods", so thus, this change is pointless.
