Proposal

My petition has got three endorsements and ZeoSpark endorsed it.

I propose a new way of handling backgrounds:

• SpongeBob faces will be randomized like how I have implemented it here; will try to make them look the best they could look randomized.
• contest winner's background will be "repeated forever", meaning that it will be repeated as many times as the current page-height allows it.
• background will use CSS to add "semi-transparent overlay in white color" over the "forever repeat of contest winner's background".
• content area of the page will have dark blue box-shadow, like pink box shadow on Patrickpedia and that shadow will always surround contest winner's background; no matter how many times it is repeated

To conclude, it will bypass this and allow background to be seen on all screens, but the background may not look good "repeated forever".
