Hello, it has been almost two years since comments were last disabled here, and I have been wondering this: Do comments truly need to be disabled anymore? Since anons aren't allowed on this wiki anymore, there would be much less spam. Or if there is still registered users, just ask Wikia to make a right-group that operates comments. The wiki has decreased in spam in the last months or so; so do comments truly need to be disabled anymore? Please vote below! Spike the Dragon (talk) 20:55, July 12, 2014 (UTC)

Extremely Strong Support — as discussion creator (I'm not really use to this Wiki, do nominators or creators of anything vote? Sorry if I'm mistaken). Spike the Dragon (talk) 20:55, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
Support - I would love seeing comments on articles, I don't really like the talk pages, comments are better then talk pages for sure. SpongeyFAN (talk) 21:03, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
Extremely Strong Support — Talk pages are barely visible, and forum usage is dying down. I really don't see spam becoming an issue, as long as we have a set of commenting rules! 21:17,7/12/2014 Muchacha(W•C)OVERTIME?!!!
Strong Support — I would love to see comments, harly anyone uses talk pages and what Auron said, if there is a spam comment we could delete it, this would be great to have comments. Road Runner1 (talk) 21:55, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
Oppose - I can still see spam becoming a problem. Or lots of unnecessary conversations occurring. --Spongebob456talk 21:04, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
Extremely Strong Oppose — Worst idea for this wiki. Gaming wikis can get away with it, as they discuss strategy. But not TV show wikis. They are targets of spam. JosephHawk📪 23:29, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
Comment: Like I said with spam, either ask Wikia to input a right group that operates comments.
Extremely Strong Oppose — we have forums for discussion and the chat room. This would make them prone to spam and there are already enough projects for administrators to monitor. — AMK152 (Wall • Contrib) 02:47, July 13, 2014 (UTC)
Weak Oppose — I agree with AMK152, although I would be fine if it was allowed again. Nicko756(M•B•C•E) 21:18, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
Comment: Well, there is a problem with forums being used as discussions: Any time someone comments, someone gets a notification, which can get annoying after sometime, and for the chat room: I don't think just inputting opinions in the chat-room is a good idea. Spike the Dragon (talk) 11:22, July 13, 2014 (UTC)
Forum notifications can be turned off. The chat room is supposed to be used for chatting. — AMK152 (Wall • Contrib) 12:51, July 13, 2014 (UTC)
Oppose - Per AMK and Joseph. Ωniθηζ ~ [Talk] 21:16, July 13, 2014 (UTC)
Neutral leaning towards Oppose — The only thing about the comments that newer users do love to spam them. I am for to bring them back but, things may get out of hand. I remember when they were enabled on here and, honestly, it was madness. ZeoSparkMC 13:28,7/13/2014
Comment: Can you clarify a bit by 'spam'? Do you mean actual spam or do you mean talking on stuff that is old? And again, if spam is a problem, I refer you to Wikia making user rights that can operate comments.Spike the Dragon (talk) 13:22, July 14, 2014 (UTC)
Did you get permission from a bureaucrat to create this discussion? Nicko756(M•B•C•E) 21:03, July 12, 2014 (UTC)
