Introduction

When this wiki began, the first pages were the most important: episodes, lists, and major locations. Since then, we have expanded to include all kinds of different articles. However, where do we draw the line? How do we define if something is "relevant" or not? What deserves its own page and what doesn't?

I'd say any main article of an episode, book, game, etc. should be the article containing all info and whatnot about it. A page about something little, like a quote, should be included in the main article. ~Prez 00:18, April 18, 2015 (UTC)

If a character, object, or location is important enough to the SpongeBob SquarePants universe that sufficient information can be found from the show to create a non-stub article, then it deserves its own page. Otherwise, it should be merged with a similar article or shouldn't exist at all. Exceptions to this rule include people, places, or things that don't exist in the SpongeBob SquarePants universe but have enough information in relation to the series that a non-stub article can be formed from that information alone. That means pages like Tom Kenny or Texas can stay, but pages like Andy Samberg or the United Kingdom cannot. ~JCM 00:44, April 18, 2015 (UTC)
