Introduction

Recently, 120d was blocked. He had originally been blocked for 3 months, and that time was reduced to 2 months. Now, he wants his block completely removed. Since many users are against this, and I don't want to get stuck in the crossfire, I've created this discussion to determine what should be done about 120d's block. 

Format
