Douglas "Doug" Lawrence Osowski (b. January 1, 1969), better known as Mr. Lawrence, is a SpongeBob SquarePants writer and is also known for providing the voices for Sheldon J. Plankton, Larry the Lobster, Johnny Erain, and severaI other secondary characters. He debuted with writing on the episode "Tea at the Treedome " Mr. Lawrence was a writer, director, and the voice of Filburt the Turtle on Rocko's Modern Life and also as a writer, director, and the voice of Edward the Platypus and Nurse Leslie the Shark on Camp Lazlo which are both shows he, the shows creator Stephen Hillenburg and the rest of the original series' staff have made.
