Dan Povenmire (born September 18, 1963) is a member of three of Nickelodeon cartoons such as Rocko's Modern Life, SpongeBob SquarePants and Matthew's World, and teamed up with Marsh to create with Disney Channel's Phineas and Ferb. He is also recognized for his work on Family Guy. He also makes a live-action appearance "Krab Borg" as the man being chased by a robot in the movie SpongeBob watches on TV.
