Tyler Craig Mammalton is a big, tall, extremely tanned seal, that is one of the major characters in the episode, "Sun Bleached." He has a yearly shindig, at Goo Lagoon, where you have to be a certain color to enter, and if not, you are rejected. Craig is admired by many fish, including Sandals who informed SpongeBob SquarePants, about the shindig, and about Craig being the tannest man on TV, which goes to show he admires Craig. He tells SpongeBob that he has the best tan ever, even though all he did was stay in the tanning bed, far too long, to the point where he was hard, and cracking. The show goes so far to say that he is so tanned, that it is rumored that his bones are a caramel brown color. Mammalton makes fun of SpongeBob and Patrick - until they both got tans, and were then allowed into the party. He soon disintegrated along with the guests.

Trivia
Edit
- He is the first and, so far, the only seal character in the show.
- The German version of his name is "Rocky Robbernoll".
- He has such a deep tan, even his bones are a caramel brown color (according to legend).
- He is a parody of George Hamilton, who is arguably the tannest man in the world.
- Craig, oddly for a mammal, doesn't need to surface to breath water, however many marine mammals can hold their breath for lengthily periods underwater. Pearl is also a marine mammal who apparently isn't seen surfacing to respirate.
- You can tell Craig is a seal, and not a sea lion, because sea lions have external ear flaps, which Craig does not have.
- He is likely a monk seal, a currently endangered species of seals that are noted to live in tropical regions, as opposed to colder climates.
