He is a light purple fish who has a lavender dorsal fin. He wears a light blue hat, a light green and white vertically striped shirt, and dark blue pants.
Occupation
He is a fish who works as a vendor at the Valentine's Day Carnival. He has a cart of cotton candy and gives it out to people.
History
In "Valentine's Day," he was once chased by Patrick who thought the cotton candy vendor was his present.
Trivia
- The vendor only appears as a background character getting chased by Patrick while SpongeBob is talking to Sandy on a walkie-talkie.
