Clem Plankton is the leader of Plankton's Cousins who so far only appears in the episode "Plankton's Army." When he shook Plankton's hand you could tell it was dirty because it was on Plankton's hand. His name is revealed when he shook Plankton's hand. He is the same as Plankton except he is a lighter shade of green and he has a blue hat. He is hillbilly like the rest of Plankton's cousins.
