Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (b. January 5, 1959) is an American actor and voice artist, best known as the voice of Mr. Krabs, Bruiser, Scooter and Harold on the series SpongeBob SquarePants.

- When forming Mr. Krabs' laugh, the show's creator, Stephen Hillenburg was telling Brown to chuckle faster and faster until he formed the laugh of Mr. Krabs we know (and somewhat love) today.
