Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor and voice artist, best known as the voice of Mr. Krabs, Bruiser, Scooter, and Harold on the SpongeBob SquarePants series.

Clancy Brown also voiced characters in other TV series such as Long Feng from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Chris Bradford/Dogpound/Rahzar from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Vice Principal Pangborn from All Grown Up. - When forming Mr. Krabs' laugh, the show's creator, Stephen Hillenburg, was telling Brown to chuckle faster and faster, until he formed the laugh of Mr. Krabs we know (and somewhat love) today.
