Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor and voice artist, best known as the voice of Mr. Krabs, Bruiser, Scooter, and Harold on the SpongeBob SquarePants series.

- When forming Mr. Krabs' laugh, the show's creator, Stephen Hillenburg, was telling Brown to chuckle faster and faster, until he formed the laugh of Mr. Krabs we know (and somewhat love) today.
