Clam Head Candy Cad is a human villain with the ability to breathe underwater. He has a large pink clam biting his head, a pointy nose, and a soul patch beard. He wears a purple suit with two yellow buttons and red swimming trunks on the outside, along with a pair of red gloves.

He is seen in an episode of The Adventures of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, where he is seen stealing candy from a baby fish. However, he is pulled into Mermaid Man's raging whirlpool, and the candy he stole flies back to the baby.
"Bunny Hunt"[]
He is seen on one of the several Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy comics that SpongeBob saves from Bunny Wunny.
