He will then tell the manager what rule he or she is breaking and tell him or her to follow it, otherwise he will shut down their business. One rule is that a customer must be served, no matter how "diminutive" or "annoying" they are.
Plankton called the Bogus Business Bureau to complain that Mr. Krabs would not let him guess how many bun seeds were in a jar for the annual bun seed guessing contest, in which the winner received a free Krabby Patty . Twirp went to the Krusty Krab, demanding that Plankton be allowed to guess or face being shut down. When Mr. Krabs said Plankton's guess of 500,301 was incorrect, he was ordered by Twirp, to count every last seed to prove it, but it turned out Plankton was right.
As shown in the infobox above, Agent Twirp is an orange fish. He wears a green dress shirt accompanied by orange tie. He wears brown dress pants and dark black dress shoes. grayish fish with a Turquoise fin on top of his head. He wears a suit with a tie and also wears glasses.
Much like Squidward, Bill seems to hate his job. Also from the tone of his voice and how he is very bored, it may be hinting that Bill is depressed. However, his mood can change from bored to angry to happy as he was annoyed by Mr. Krabs and Spongebob causing trouble but then was greatful when they drove away the robbers.
Bill points out that it is ironic that his name is "Bill" and he works at the mint.
Bill is like Ben Stein when it comes to his monotone voice.
Bill is one of few fish that actually wears shoes. His shoes are even similar to Spongebob's.
• Boys Who Cry - a band of boys that make a group called Boys Who Cry.
Boys Who Cry is a boy band that was seen in the episode, "Whale of a Birthday". Both Squidward and Pearl are fans of this group. Squidward knows the words to every song created by this band. Mr. Krabs was charged for having them sing at the lawn of the Krusty Krab for Pearl's birthday. SpongeBob hired them because he had bought everything Pearl wanted. They have two known singles: 4-Ply and It's All About You Girl. They are the hottest fish in whole series and all the teenage girls love them.
They all have the same uniforms.
Boys Who Cry could be a parody of Backstreet Boys, RBD, Westlife, N*SYNC, or B2K.
Boys Who Cry are possibly the only musicians/bands seen, heard, mentioned, and performing all in one episode.
It's revealed they do lip-sync as well as singing live when they perform.
'Boys Who Cry' could parody the fact that some famous singers lip-sync, as revealed by Squidward in 'Whale of a Birthday'.
It's revealed in Whale of a Birthday they sell various merchandise such as posters, CDs, and possibly many other things seen in Pearl's room, as she owns several posters and a CD.
They charge extra for lip-syncing at a live event.
The Bureaucrat Fish is a character that only appears in the episode Move It or Lose It. He actually plays the role as the false antagonist in that episode.
The Bureaucrat Fish is a tall, slim orange fish. He wears a full suit like most business owners do. He also wears thin, black glasses. He appears to have a chin.
The Bureaucrat Fish first appears when he notices that the Krusty Krab and the Chum Bucket are not within 100 yards from each other. He then asks for both owners, Mr. Krabs and Plankton, to decide which restaurant needs to be move. Mr. Krabs and Plankton thought by him saying this, they thought that he is going to tear down on of their restaurants. The Bureaucrat Fish then appears again at the end of the episode with a bulldozer ready and decides that the Krusty Krab shall be moved. He then uses his bulldozer to move the Krusty Krab only one inch now pleased that both restaurants are now 100 feet from each other. The Bureaucrat Fish is then tackle-hugged by SpongeBob which causes him to switch his bulldozer into reverse and runs right into the Chum Bucket destroying it.

Captain Frostymug first appears after he jumps from an airplane and lands in front of 6 cadets (One of them, of course, is SpongeBob). He then address everyone that he is there to train them into qualitfied milkshakers. He singles Spongebob out thinking he won't know much since he called a ice cream scooper a "ice cream spatula." Captain Frostymug fails to see Spongebob's abilites in the blending room after Spongebob doesn't even know which controls to use. After a cadet tells Spongebob what to do, Spongebob then makes a milkshake. Frostymug attempts to taste it but it ends up smashing him in the eye. He then wants Spongebob to experince what a milkshake feels like by putting him into the Shake Similuator. He takes a step further by setting it to "OBLiTERATE" and starts shaking Spongebob around. However, Spongebob enjoys the ride and wants another go much to Frostymug's dismey. He is now angry saying he has never had such an "unteachable moron" and asks the other cadets on tips on how to teach Spongebob. One of the cadets actually say that Frostymug is better off "teaching a hunk of coral." Frostymug then takes Spongebob through a series of tests including cherry shooting, blending milkshakes again, and even dropping ice cream from airplanes all to no success. He then hosts the Milkshake License Ceramony and gives all the cadets their milkshake licenses except to Spongebob. Spongebob wants to know why and Frostymug replies by telling Spongebob that he couldn't even get past step one of making a milkshake: Filling the glass with ice cream. Frostymug then attempts to show Spongebob how to properly make a milkshake but starts to get tense as he has a flashback of his younger self serving milkshakes at a place actually called Milk Shake. When blending the ice cream, some of it spilled on an electrical wire causing ice cream to splash in all of the customers' faces which they all scream and run around. Back to older Frostymug, he then gets his hand caught in the blender and his whole body starts to get sucked in. Fortunaly for him, Spongebob saves Frostymug just in time. Frostymug then tells Spongebob that the true secret to make milkshakes doesn't come from machines but from within, to which, Spongebob says he doesn't get it at all. Frostymug appears for the final time at the Krusty Krab on a wheel chair and gives Spongebob his milkshake license. Spongebob replies saying that if only boating license would be this easy.
He has been a milkshake instructor for 30 years.
He used to work at a milkshake shop and still might work there.
Though his name is Captain Frostymug, his nametag actually says "Captain Frosty" on it.
Captain Frostymug is another one of the new characters in the newer Spongebob episodes with the the title "Captain" in it. The first was Captain Lutefisk from the episode Demolition Doofus.
He looks somewhat strong, but is really even weaker than Spongebob. If he was stronger than spongebob, he could've pulled himself out of the milkshake machine when his hand was stuck.
Carl was the manager of Krabby O'Monday's, the renamed Krusty Krab after Mr. Krabs retired in Selling Out. He changed the restaurant largely, putting things such as a bar, computerized cash register, pennants and TVs in it. Carl used synthetic meat to produce Krabby Patties instead of the natural Patties. He threatened Squidward by making him talk to "human resources" (a large, mean-looking fish punching his fist into his palm) if he didn't do everything his way. When Howard Blandy eventually came along because Carl called about a "free thinker", the conveyor belt which the patties were being made on exploded. Carl and everyone else were washed out of the restaurant and he hasn't been seen since. He was last seen floating away in the sea of muck, saying "Does this mean I won't get that raise, sir?"
He is voiced by C.H. Greenblatt, former SpongeBob SquarePants story board artist and Chowder creator. Interestingly, C.H. Greenblatt's real name is actually Carl. He also wears glasses like Carl.
• Champion Wrestlers - a bunch of wrestlers that got taken out by Patrick's Iron Butt.
Champion Wrestlers appear in Krusty Krushers. One Champion is Jim, and he is green, The other Champion is Purple. They are the Champions of wrestling and they are defeated by SpongeBob and Patrick. They appear again in SpongeBob's Last Stand. They are voiced by Tom Kenny and Clancy Brown.
There are two of the Undefeated Wrestlers and both bear differences. One of them is green that wears a purple head band. He also wears white wrestling tights. The other one is purple who has hair going down the sides of his face. He also wears yellow wrestling tights.
This episode marks the Undefeated Wrestler's debut. Their reign was so impressive that an announcer told everyone that if anyone can defeat them, they will win one million dollars. Mr. Krabs, of course, tries to get in on the action but notices the Undefeated Wrestlers take down every other wrestler in sight. Sooner or later, the Undefeated Wrestlers find themselves facing the Krusty Krushers (SpongeBob and Patrick). The Wrestlers have no problem beating up the duo and after they put the Sleeper Hold on them, the Wrestlers prepare to finish them off with their double-team, spinning head dive move. They were unsuccessful as they dove right into Patrick's Iron Butts.
Hello Bikini Bottom
The Undefeated Wrestlers return in Hello Bikini Bottom as Colonel Carper's roadies. They help him carry back his sound equipment from Mr. Krabs (who had stolen it eariler) and tag "Losers" on his tour bus. They appear at the end again where they shoke all of Mr. Krabs' money into Colonel Carper's pockets then walk off with him never to be seen again.
Even though they are main characters in Krusty Krushers and Hello Bikini Bottom, they barely have any speaking lines.
In Krusty Krushers, the green wrestler says "Uh oh" and the purple wrestler says "Not iron butts."
• Craig Mammalton - a extremely tanned seal that held a shindig at Goo Lagoon
Tyler Craig Mammalton is a big, tall, extremely tanned seal, that is one of the major characters in the episode, "Sun Bleached". He has a yearly shindig, at Goo Lagoon, where you have to be a certain color to enter, and if not, you are rejected. Craig is admired by many fish, including Sandals who informed SpongeBob SquarePants, about the shindig, and about Craig being the tannest man on TV, which goes to show he admires Craig.
He is the first and, so far, the only seal character in the show.
The German version of his name is "Rocky Robbernoll".
He has such a deep tan, even his bones are a caramel brown color (according to legend).
He is a parody of George Hamilton, who is arguably the tannest man in the world.
Craig, oddly for a mammal, doesn't need to surface to breath water, however many marine mammals can hold their breath for lengthily periods underwater. Pearl is also a marine mammal who apparently isn't seen surfacing to respirate.
You can tell Craig is a seal, and not a sea lion, because sea lions have external ear flaps, which Craig does not have.
He is likely a monk seal, a currently endangered species of seals that are noted to live in tropical regions, as opposed to colder climates.
• Colonel Carper - an agent for band groups that went and worked for Ned and the Needlefish.
Colonel Carper is a concert promotionaist and the main antagonist of the episode special Hello Bikini Bottom. He only appears in that episode.
Colonel Carper is a light purple fish with turquoise fins who wears fancy, white clothes including a hat, jacket, and boots. He also wears white and green shades and wears a gold chain around his neck. He also has a thick, brown mustache.
Colonel Carper appears very early in Hello Bikini Bottom where he hears SpongeBob and Squidward perform and hopes to become their band manager. However, Mr. Krabs steps in after hearing money being involved and forces himself has the band manager. Carper is upset and leaves with Mr. Krabs offically becoming Squidward and Spongebob's band manager. Carper appears later outside the performance of Ned and the Needlefish and gloats to Mr. Krabs saying how much better he is doing. He then tells his two roadies to break apart Mr. Krabs' band sound equipment (after telling Mr. Krabs it is free of charge). Carper laughs at Mr. Krabs not knowing he was talking his sound equipment behind him. Carper appears a little later extreamly angry about Mr. Krabs stealing his sound equipment and leading Ned and the Needlefish off course. He then sues Mr. Krabs for all of his money and takes his sound equipment back. He then has his two roadies tag "Losers" on Mr. Krabs' bus then he leaves. Carper appears for the final time near the end of the episode to take more money from Mr. Krabs. He, once again, uses his roadies to lift Mr. Krabs up and dump all of his money into Carper's pants. Carper laughs at Mr. Krabs and leaves never to be seen again.
The name "Colonel Carper" is a parody of Colonel Parker who was Elvis' manager.
• Combover - a lawyer of Squidward's that has a combover.
He was the thug assassin who was hired by Sheldon J. Plankton to kill SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star. The reason being that Plankton stole King Neptune's crown and tricked Neptune into believing the crime was committed by Eugene H. Krabs, so Neptune threatened to execute Krabs (via burning by fire) unless the crown was retrieved within a period of six days; Plankton, obviously, wanted Krabs to die from a painful and wrongful execution, and upon learning SpongeBob and Patrick's journey to get the crown back, he sends Dennis after them.
He was voiced by actor Alec Baldwin.
SpongeBob and Patrick encounter Dennis for the first time after reaching the end of the Deep Dark Trench. Dennis was about to kill them with his "big" spiky boot, only to be stepped on by the Cyclops' (a scuba diver) "bigger boot". In the climax of the film, SpongeBob and Patrick hitch a ride on the backside of David Hasselhoff, who speedily swims through the ocean in order to send them back to Bikini Bottom. During the middle of their swim, SpongeBob and Patrick see the boot belonging to the same diver who squished Dennis. Dennis then detaches from the boot and onto Hasselhoff, revealing that he is still alive. He tries to kill SpongeBob and Patrick, but end up gets knocked out into the ocean by a boat while Hasselhoff dock swam.
Dennis appeared twice and was defeated by pure luck both times. (First he was stepped on by the cyclops then he was hit by a boat)
Spongebob and Patrick were most likely the first people to successfully escape Dennis due to the fact that he quickly went insane after being defeated only once.
• Dr. Manowar - a doctor that got stung by Big Lenny and lived.
Dr. Manowar is a greenish fish that is known for the only person to survive a sting from Big Lenny. He has a big fat red scar from were he got stung and he says that the scar only hurts if anyone touches it (which Patrick does). He has a white shirt with brown pants and a tie. He also wears glasses. He only appears in the episode I'm Your Biggest Fanatic. He is giving a speech about his scar when Patrick comes up and touches the scar. His named is punned on the dangerous jellyfish Portugese "man-of-war".
Although this is unconfirmed, Dr. Manowar and Dr. Forrest may be brothers.
Also, both of them are doctors.
• Dr. Marmalade - a fat chimpanzee with an English accent.
Dr. Marmalade is one of Sandy's bosses who required her to make a successful invention or she would be fired and have to move.
• Fancy McGee - a krab that used Mr. Krabs suitcase to go to a convention.
Fancy McGee is one of the candidates for cheepest crab contest where the cheepst crab wins in Kracked Krabs. But he did not win. He has black fluffy hair.
• Filthy Phil - a warrior that works for Udon and lets out a horrible smell.
Filthy Phil lives on the third floor on Karate Island. He was tasked by Master Udon to stop anyone from getting to his chambers. When Sandy appeared on the third level, he quickly warns her that no one has ever gotten past him. When he fought Sandy, he erupted his pores, causing his body odor to infiltrate the win but Sandy's fresh air-dome helmet deflected the stench. He, along with his partners, made their first and only appearance in "Karate Island".
• Fuzzy Acorns - a creature that is a karate master.
Fuzzy Acorns is the main antagonist of "The Way of the Sponge." He is Sandy's instructor and known as "The World's Meanest Karate Instructor," according to SpongeBob. Later he is amazed by SpongeBob's moves in the Krusty Krab. It was also shown that he has trained himself to breath hours without air. He could be a spoof of Fuzzy Lumpkins from the Powerpuff Girls. Fuzzy is the owner of the blacker belt but gave it to Sandy. Near the end of the episode he loses his air and puts on an air helmet.
Fuzzy Acorns may be a reference to Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, which premiered around the same time as Way of the Sponge. He even calls SpongeBob a "kung fu charlatan".
Fuzzy can hold his breath underwater for very long periods of time.
It is unknown if he, like Sandy, comes from Texas. He may come from a different state, or even a different country.
In the episode, Fuzzy is never referred to as a squirrel, but his last name is Acorns.
Fuzzy Acorns appears more like a Koala bear than a (probably) squirrel.
It is medically impossible to go hours without oxygen.
• Girly Teengirl - a teenage girl that remarkably looks like SpongeBob,she claims to have moved.
Girly TeenGirl is a female teen sponge who had just moved to Bikini Bottom from Farawayville in the episode The Slumber Party. Pearl and her friends all think she is SpongeBob in disguise, so they throw tomatoes at her. She looks a lot like SpongeBob and it is shown that she isn't SpongeBob because as she is running away, SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs immediately drive up and have no idea who she is. Her part ends when she screams, "'I am so moving back to Farawayville!'" At that point, Mr. Krabs says, "'Who was that?'" whereupon SpongeBob replies by saying, "'I don't know...but she is ugly!'"
Ironically, though she looks a lot like SpongeBob, SpongeBob thinks that she is ugly.
Because Pearl thinks that she is SpongeBob, this means that Pearl does not know who Girly TeenGirl is. So it is unknown why Girly TeenGirl showed up at Pearl's slumber party, unless perhaps one of Pearl's friends invited her.
In the Dutch version, she is called Spongy Betty.
She may actually be the same species as SpongeBob.
She could possibly be distant relative of Spongebob.
"I'm so moving back to FarawayVille!"
"My name is, um...Girly TeenGirl!"
"I come from, um... Farawayville"
• Goofy Goober Waiter - a waiter that constantly served Patrick and SpongeBob ice cream. He also made a small cameo in The SpongebBob SquarePants Movie.
It may be possible that he is depressed due to his attitude.
• Granny - a very elderly fish that hoards snails and feeds them until they burst.
Granny (introduced as Grandma) is the elderly lady who found Gary and took him away for her own snail in an alley after he ran away from SpongeBob in Have You Seen This Snail?. This was her only major appearance besides being at a curb in Shuffleboarding, and playing the piano for the Bikini Bottom Men's Choir in Choir Boys. She calls herself Grandma to Patrick, her snails, and possibly everyone. In Have You Seen This Snail? it was revealed that she had many previous snails who died have because she unintentionally kills them by overfeeding them. She also could have fed them to stuff them up, and then eat them. Additionally, she might have dimensia, causing her to relive Miss Tuffsy again and again. They were in a painting with her and when Gary tried to look for a door to escape, he accidentally opened a closet ans stowed away inside were hundreds of old cracked shells. Once Gary realizes how fat he's become, and Granny comes back with more treats, the snails in the painting all scream "RUN!" to Gary to escape before Granny kills him. But before Gary finds out about all the dead snails, Granny gives him lots of attention and care. The old woman used to have a snail named Mrs. Tuffsy. She was the antagonist in Have You Seen This Snail?. She possibly resembles a grouper because she is carnivorous. Granny is a widow of her deceased husband Lou. (died in 1983)
There is also a theory that Granny feeds the snails so she can stuff them up, and then eat them. Since Mrs. Tuffsy ran away, this theory is probably true. However, if she does have dimensia, she may have already eaten Mrs. Tuffsy.
• Kevin C. Cucumber - a sea cucumber that personally insulted SpongeBob.
Kevin C. Cucumber is the leader of the Jellyfish Spotters and the main antagonist of the episode "I'm Your Biggest Fanatic." He was speaking at a jellyfishing convention, in which SpongeBob and Patrick attended. SpongeBob was a big fan of him, and would do anything Kevin told him to do. One day, he invited him to go jellyfishing with the Jellyspotters. He tricked SpongeBob into thinking he could join their club if he passed certain tests, simply so that he could humiliate and belittle him. This seems to be a habit of his, as many of his biggest fans have ended up stranded in a crevasse at Jellyfish Fields because of him. Kevin is played by Dee Bradley Baker.
However, all of Kevin's plans ended up with him getting stung by jellyfish one too many times, causing his hatred for SpongeBob to grow. Finally he snapped and said SpongeBob was ready for the final test: use SpongeBob as live bait to catch a queen jellyfish.
It was revealed the JellySpotters were using a robot queen jellyfish. Kevin and his friends then taunted and made fun of SpongeBob so badly by calling him "loser," but when a king jellyfish fell in love with the robotic queen and attacked them, Kevin proved to be a coward and admitted that he was only in the club for the fashion. When SpongeBob managed to ward away the king, Kevin was ruined when the Jellyspotters ripped off his crown-like cranium and put it on SpongeBob. Although SpongeBob left the club, it's unlikely Kevin retained leadership of the club, as he lost the loyalty of his teammates. Till then, Kevin hasn't been in any other episode.
• Jack Kahuna Laguna - a professional surfer that taught SpongeBob how to surf.
Jack Kahuna Laguna, more commonly referred to as JKL, (voiced by Johnny Depp ) is a surfing legend that lives on an island. He is prone to bongo solos, and he teaches this talent to SpongeBob. Though he is a sea creature, he is somehow a very humanoid in an appearance.
His surfboard was so long, that even Squidward fainted for around 10 minutes after seeing his surfboard reaching over 20m into the water out of his house!
He lived on a hut that was made out of wood that was decorated with beads on the Kahanahahamoku Cove, which was just upriver from Twitch and his gang. SpongeBob accidentally found Kahanahahamoku Cove after wanting to stop by to tie his shoe (which made Squidward say, "Again?!") behind a huge bush which he found a sign that read: Kahananamoku Cove: Home of J.K.L.
During SpongeBob vs. The Big One, he was the one to go inside the Big One so that the Bikini Bottomites and Cashie would live, and he too survived the Big One's demanding of a sacrifice which was against the legend that one person wouldnt come back alive.
It is unknown if he is ever going to be in a other episode
JKL is his name for short and Jack Kahuna Laguna is his real full name
His surf board is really, really, really, really, really, really long
Though he sacrificed himself, He appeared again at the end of the episode, so the big one had no real sacrifice unless you count the surfboards.
• Jim - a frycook that has a solid gold lake.
He got to retire in style. Jim also thinks highly of himself, agreeing when SpongeBob said that he was the best. He rarely thinks about others.
He quit working at the Krusty Krab because Mr. Krabs refused to give him a raise. After his time at the Krusty Krab, Jim went on to work at some of the the finest restaurants in the world. His success allowed him to retire in luxury. Jim has a solid gold mansion, a solid gold lake, and a solid gold limousine. He also has two security guards who work for him. In his only appearance, "The Original Fry Cook," he revisits the Krusty Krab, where SpongeBob, who had heard of him before, meets him for the first time. In the present day, Jim is bald. During his visit, he helped SpongeBob with his fry cooking. Jim is voiced by TV comedian Patton Oswalt. He probably quit three years before Help Wanted because SpongeBob says he has been waiting three years for this day.
At the Krusty Krab, Jim was friends with Squidward and Mr. Krabs because in the episode, Mr. Krabs and Squidward say they remember the old times. Jim was hard working so that could be why Mr. Krabs liked him, and maybe Jim likes Squidward's attitude. Although, it all ended with Mr. Krabs and Jim when Mr. Krabs blatantly started laughing at him when Jim asked for a raise.
Most Famous For
Jim is quite famous for his "Jim Patties." Even SpongeBob falls into a minor trance when he takes his first bite. In Jim's patties, he writes his name in ketchup (or as it is called in Something Smells, To Save a Squirrel, and The Slumber Party, Katsup) on the side of the top bun. He was at the scene in the flashback where Squidward loses his long, blonde hair. He also had major face acne.
• Lip Service - an evil female fish with extremely long lips.
Lip Service (aka Lipps Service) is a fish that fought Sandy Cheeks in the episode, "Karate Island." Lip Service has huge lips, wears a blue shirt and has blonde hair. She also has green eyelids and is orange colored. She was on the second floor of the Four Floors of Fear. She was winning the fight against Sandy, until Sandy pulled out a hairdryer and chapped her lips. She was employed by Udon to make SpongeBob purchase real estate. She lives in Karate Island
She may be a parody of Natasha Fatale from Rocky and Bullwinkle, because of her accent and the way she says "Squirrel".
She has a German accent.
• Lord Reginald - a small chimpanzee that is one of Sandy's bosses.
Lord Reginald is a small chimpanzee, from the episode, Chimps Ahoy. He wears a black tuxedo, and top hat, as well as an eye glass. He was tested on a device assembled by SpongeBob, and Patrick. He is one of the 3 chimpanzees known as Sandy's Bosses. He likes bananas. He also uses a very stereotypical British accent to make himself appear 'posh'.
• Madame Hagfish - a old hagfish that cursed the Krusty Krab.
Madame Hagfish is an old slime eel (hagfish) and the second antagonist in Legends of Bikini Bottom. She enters the Krusty Krab and spews slime in front of Squidward. Squidward refused to give her a krabby patty since these type of burgers have grown up in cost since she had been there before and Madame Hagfish only uses a couple of shells as money. She later puts a curse on the Krusty Krab. A curse shows no sign of any customers, plate falling without big thumps, and dollars on fire and teared apart shows it catches on fire again. She has alot of slime on her body that way she can suffocate her prey like regular hagfishes. SpongeBob and Krabs, both go to Madam Hagfish's magic wheel wagon house to tell her to put the curse away. To put the curse away out of the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob and Krabs are send to get her the golden doubloon that was stolen by the Giant Golden Eel. SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs enter in Golden Eel's cave and they see the eel sleeping. SpongeBob slips on the Eel's leftover pudding/green slime and the eel wakes up. The Giant Golden Eel grabs Mr. Krabs and starts to strangle him. Sponge touches the eel softly and the eel lets go Mr. Krabs and was touched softly by SpongeBob again and spits out the doubloon. Sponge and Krabs return and give the doubloon to Madame Hagfish and she puts the doubloon in the washing machine to clean her clothes. It shows that the Krusty Krab curse was a close sign that was standing for a long time. The "curse" is lifted and customers visit the Krusty Krab; however, the Giant Golden Eel appears again and goes on a rampage.
Madame Hagfish somehow is acting like a sea witch like Ursula and Morgona.
When Madame Hagfish said "This must be the most generous thing anyone has ever done!!", it was taken from Andrew Kinkonakis.
Like real-life hagfish, Madame Hagfish secretes vast amounts of slime or mucus from her mouth and body.
Madame Hagfish is based on a gypsy, from her clothing to her residence in a gypsy caravan. In movies, cartoons, and other shows, gypsies are often depicted as fortune-tellers or otherwise possessing supernatural powers. Even putting hexes or curses on those who have done them wrong.
She could possibly parody Madam Zeroni from the book (and later a movie) Holes.
Due to her appearence, she has frightened younger viewers.
• Miss Gristle-Puss - a old lady that closed down the Krusty Krab for no reason.
Miss Gristle Puss is an elderly green fish that only appears in Banned in Bikini Bottom. She is the leader of TUOOFATTAFAD along with her identical sisters. She is green, with a blue and white uniform, along with boots, her sisters also wear this.
She shut down the Krusty Krab because the Krabby Patty is fun and delicious, which the organization is strictly against. She is married to a policeman named Al, whom she takes full pride in, also, he loves her cooking. She ends up eating a Krabby Patty, and loving it, and following, she sang about the deliciousness with SpongeBob.
Her and her sisters were stuck on a tour bus for unknown reasons. She is very prissy, seeing how she had to wipe a clean spot, to step on after getting out of a tour bus. She also appears in "Gramma's Secret Recipe", and "A SquarePants Family Vacation" in a sewing circle, along with Granny, Mable, and SpongeBob. Granny is also Miss Gretel Puss's mother. She's voiced by Andrea Martin.
"Come along sisters."
"Please pay no attention to this crimson abomination!"
TUOOFATTAFAD is a group dedicated to banning foods they don't like, otherwise known as the food police. This may be based on the real-life food police group, the Center for Science in the Public Interest, aka the CSPI.
Even though her name is Miss Gretel Puss, she is called Miss Gristle Puss after her initial introduction.
If she is married, shouldn't her name be Mrs. Gretel Priss?
She has also been called "Miss Priss"
• Monty P. Moneybags - a short stubby guy that owns lots of money.
Monty P. Moneybags is an art collector from the SpongeBob episode Artist Unknown. He is a red fish with a mustache and purple lips. He has a plaid tux with a cyan undershirt and a blue tie. He also has a sea green flower on his collar. He really likes art and probably has bags of money because his last name is Moneybags.
When Squidward screams at Monty P. Moneybags: "As of now, it's [the janitor's] responsibility! Good day to you, sir!", he's making a callback to "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory", where Mr. Wonka screams at Grandpa Joe and Charlie: "You get nothing! You lose! Good day, sir!"
In "Fools in April", an art dealer is mentioned, that could possibly be him.
In the Hebrew version, he is called "Slavador Dagli" (Salvador Fish-Li), as a pun to the artist Salvador Dali.
He was one of Squidward's many shots at becoming famous.
He does not wear socks (or, at least he did not when he appeared).

Professor Percy is an English Monkey, who, along with Lord Reginald and Dr. Marmalade, owns treedomes enterprises. He speaks in a funny accent as Patrick mentions: "You guys speak funny, say more words!" and is very stuck up. He also views Patrick as an idiot, as most people do, because of the stupid way he acts (you can tell he thinks there's something terribly wrong with Patrick by his facial expressions at him). The only time he was seen happy was at the end of the episode when Sandy's failed nut cracker turned out to be the banana peeler that they had been searching 117 years for, at which point they jump up and down and act like... well... CHIMPS!
"This is where our research money went?"
• Raarg - a monster accidentally created by Patrick.
Patrick accidentally opened a toxic waste can which poured radioactive waste on a group of purple barnacles which caused them to fuse together to become a giant monster, but despite his scary appearance, he is quite friendly. Raarg's name orginates from the only noise he makes. He is first discovered by Patrick when Patrick was playing with a snowglobe, after which Patrick was covered in Raarg's slime. The two became friends upon finding out they had similar interests. Patrick and Raarg played ring toss, hide and seek, and smelled each other's armpits. Raarg roared after he was asked his name by SpongeBob, and SpongeBob, who also became friends with him, said "Nice to meet you Mr. Raarg." Raarg unintentionally destroys SpongeBob, Patrick, and Squidward's houses, bringing about the attention of the Bikini Bottom Police Department, who captured him. However, Raarg is frightened when a police officer sneezes into a megaphone. He escapes and starts rampaging through the city. Patrick tells the policemen that he is friends with Raarg, but he still run out of town. At the end of the episode, Raarg moves to a snowy mountain peak and helps SpongeBob by delivering ice cubes to the Krusty Krab. Patrick still visits him.
Raarg was seen reading the Toxic Waste Monthly magazine which, of course, he is created from toxic waste.

However, before he can get to Bikini Bottom Court, Bottomfeeder slips on water near SpongeBob and is greatly injured telling SpongeBob he can't make it to Court. He then gives SpongeBob a briefcase telling him that everything that he needs to win his case is in there except for a suit. SpongeBob then takes the briefcase and leaves never to be seen again.
Even though his last name is Bottomfeeder, Richard doesn't appear to be one himself.

This episode was his only appearance. He is a very respected man and a great Military sergeant. While teaching SpongeBob, his technique of making SpongeBob complete the course blind-folded allows him to drive perfectly. When his test for a license starts, Sam doesn't allow SpongeBob to wear a blindfold, making him rampage across the city driving. He gets blindfolded by Patrick's pants and makes the parallel park. Towards the end of the episode, Sergeant Roderick must sacrifice his body in an unsuccessful attempt to stop the boat, saying that he wants Gunther to tell his wife that he loved her. He was hit by the boat and his fate remains unknown. He is voiced by Robin Sachs. His name was never said in the episode.
Even though Sam is a Sergeant, his shoulder device shows he is a Corporal.
• Sunny Shores Salesman - a salesman that almost ran Patrick out of town.
The Sunny Shores Salesman, Otherwise known as The Assassin, Is the false antagonist in That's No Lady, though he did not mean to be. Patrick is gave an advertisement for him to take a vacation, given by this man, and he thinks the phrase, "Get Outta' Town" means that he has to leave Bikini Bottom, though he was only offering a Beach Resort Vacation. He ends up thinking that SpongeBob and Patrick are mindless. He most likely works, or lives around the Sunny Shores Resort. He is green with a suit, and a moderatly small hat, also the trademark briefcase.
His suit is too tight for him, as you can see it "hugs his neck"
• The Tickler - a french fish with a weakness of jelly-doghnuts.
The Tickler is a fish that fought Sandy in the episode Karate Island. He is on the first floor of the Four Floors of Fear. He lives in Karate Island. The way he talks and dresses, he is most likely French.
The Tickler is a purple colored fish with a black and white striped shirt, a dark purple hat, brown pants and a bandanna around his neck which makes him look French (which he probably is because of his accent). He also holds two sticks with fake hands at the tops which are used to tickle people.

Torpedo Belly is one of Armor Abs Krabs's Navy Buddies in Shell of a Man. He is always present at the Navy Festival. Later, he revealed that his torpedo was removed from his body long ago probably due to a medical condition.
Torpedo Belly is a tall, lime green fish that usually wears orange undershirt and shorts. He has a bright lime green fin on his back and wears a hat that has much resemblance to Mrs. Puff's blue hat. Since the torpedo in his belly was removed, he now has a big scar on his stomach and little more weight in the belly.
Torpedo Belly was a darker green probably from tanning outside all day on the Navy ships. Also, he had many muscles along his arms, legs and torso. Back then, he had the torpedo in his stomach, so he was almost always never wearing a shirt. He had the same hat that he has today, a small blue hat. He was still tall, and his shorts pink.
• Udon - a con man that conned SpongeBob into believing he was Karate King.
Master Udon (Japanese: うどん/饂飩) is a character that only appeared in the episode "Karate Island", and was voiced by the late Pat Morita, who was known for his appearances in the Karate Kid movie series. Udon is the fish that calls SpongeBob to come to the mysterious Karate Island. He is revealed to be a con man because he captures SpongeBob and attempts to make him buy real estate. He has quite a few recruits and orders them to stop Sandy Cheeks from getting to him (The Tickler, Lip Service, and Filthy Phil). It is revealed that at the end of the episode that he has extremely large muscles when he fights Sandy. Though quite muscular, he seems to have a low fighting capacity, as when he fights, he uses sloppy punches and forward slaps, though he actually is able to go toe to toe with Sandy. He is defeated by her and falls out of the condo window, landing in the goo/water. He is shown to have survived at the very end of the episode after SpongeBob and Sandy leave, greeting Squidward to declare him as "King of Clarinets."
He is the owner of the "Condo Island", which has been called "Karate Island" and "Clarinet Island".
Near the end of the episode, Sandy says "You're in the soup now, Udon!". Udon is actually named after a type of noodle soup served in Asia.
This is the only episode that Master Udon appears in.
