The Automatic Back Scratcher, Hair Comber, Nose Picker, Ukulele Tuner 9000 is an invention created by SpongeBob and Patrick to show to Sandy's bosses that Sandy is a genius. It was seen in Chimps Ahoy. In the machine, the line "Dr. Professur Patrick Patrick Rulez!" is written on the side because Patrick wished to be called Mr. Dr. Professor Patrick. Reganald, one of the chimps was the first (and only) person to try it out. The machine worked at first, but had many malfunctions. After the bosses found something else to take, Sandy and her friends are left to decide what to do with the "contraption", and Patrick decides to use it on himself. He finds it torturing but exciting.
