Annette Jamie Waters is a generic pink female fish who resembles Evelyn Waters in appearance, but with blonde hair. She is one one of Larry's admirers in the episode SpongeGuard on Duty. Larry the lobster introduced SpongeBob to Annette. At first she kicks sand in SpongeBob's face, but then Larry tells her that SpongeBob is a lifeguard so she all of a sudden likes him instead.
